Frequently asked questions about Duux Test Panel
Upon receipt of your registration, we will tell you at which outlet you may purchase the product. Please keep your receipt in a safe place, as it is important for the partial refund of the purchase price.
The product must be purchased from one of our points of sale in the Netherlands. You will receive an e-mail from us telling you at which outlet you may purchase the product in question.
The registration form at the bottom of the page shows which products are available for testing.
This is definitely possible! However, we are only looking for a limited number of testers per product so be quick.
You may return the product within the trial period of the point of sale if you meet the conditions. Because the products were purchased through the point of sale, the return procedure is therefore also through the point of sale.
To claim a partial refund, you must submit two items after purchase: a copy of the receipt and a screenshot of your posted review at the outlet where you purchased the product.
The portion of your purchase price will be refunded once the point-of-sale period has expired. Normally this is after 14 or 30 days,
The review may be placed at the outlet where you purchased the product. You will hear from us by e-mail at which outlet you may purchase the product.
Unfortunately, because the review is posted at another outlet, we have no influence/control over when the review is posted. Usually this is within a few days.
The review should consist of at least 50 words. Make sure you test the product extensively and tell us your experiences. Write a review that you can help other people with and be honest.
