The battery can be easily placed on the bottom and automatically charges as soon as it is connected to the dock. The battery pack lasts up to 12 hours, depending on the settings.

Should I fully charge the battery before the first use?

Indeed, to make the best use of the battery, this is recommended.

How should I store my battery in the off-season?

If you wish to store the fan for long periods of time, we recommend fully charging the battery first. The battery should be removed from the fan and stored separately. It is best to store the battery in a dark room at room temperature. To preserve the life of the battery, it is recommended to fully charge the battery once in between uses before putting it back into use.

My battery drains when I don't use my fan, is that right?

The Whisper Flex Smart with battery pack has a built-in LED display that also calls on the battery. Also using the WiFi function causes a slow decrease in battery life. To make the best use of the battery, we recommend placing the Whisper Flex Smart continuously on the charging dock when the fan is not in use.
