The Stay Cool warranty is valid for 12 months after purchase and is in addition to the 24-month statutory manufacturer's warranty.

Yes! However, only refurbished air conditioners purchased from an official retailer. Models purchased through second-hand marketplaces such as Marketplace, eBay, Buybay and Return Deals are excluded from the Stay Cool warranty.

Upon receipt of the request, our customer service team will contact you to schedule an appointment. The appointment will be made in a specific time slot. On the day of the appointment, the driver will call half an hour before arrival so that you are aware of approximately when he or she will be there.
Yes! The Stay Cool warranty applies to all mobile air conditioners purchased from an official point of sale in the Netherlands.
We will come and repair your mobile air conditioner within 48 hours*! A repair is often a matter of half an hour to an hour. Our Stay Cool team has all parts on hand so the repair can be done immediately. Should the defect be beyond repair it will be exchanged for a new one immediately!
The Stay Cool warranty starts automatically upon purchase. So store your proof of purchase carefully, as the date of purchase is the effective date of the warranty.
The Stay Cool warranty applies only to products purchased from an official retailer in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot repair or exchange products outside this region.
Of course, our Stay Cool team observes all applicable measures, such as the 1.5 meter distance and wearing mouth masks. During repair and exchange, please keep as much distance as possible.
Unfortunately, due to health and safety legislation, it is not possible to transport air conditioners to/from a floor. Therefore, please ensure that the mobile air conditioners are present on the first floor during a visit by our Stay Cool team.
The Stay Cool warranty applies only to mobile air conditioners purchased as of 01/05/2022.
