There are a number of advantages to creating an account:

If you have a Duux account, you can change your account information yourself. For example, do you want to change your name, email address, delivery and billing address, payment information or password? This can be done very easily:
- Click on "login" at the top right of the page and log in with your email address and password.
- Click on "My Details" to change your name, password and/or email address.
- To change your address, go to "Addresses".
On the login page you will find the link "Forgot your password?". Click on it and enter the email address you used to create your account. You will receive an email with which you can change your password. After this you can log in to your account again.

Shipping
We do our very best to deliver your order as fast as possible! If you order on workdays before 22:00 hours, it will be shipped the same day (except for Sundays and holidays). You will receive a track and trace link as soon as your order is shipped.
Have you ordered on the weekend? Then your order will be shipped the next business day.

We think it is important that you know when you receive your products. Therefore you will receive an email with track & trace link, as soon as your order is shipped.
Redeeming a discount code is easy! In your shopping cart, the first step shows a field where you can enter the discount code. Add the discount code by clicking "add discount code" and the discount will be deducted from the total amount (excluding shipping costs).
Returns
If you wish to abandon your purchase, you may return it within 14 days without giving a reason.
Return conditions:
- We can only accept returns if the order is returned - if possible - undamaged, in original packaging and in a sturdy shipping box. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge for the damage (depreciation).

If you have received a defective product and you would like to exchange it for a new one, please contact service@duux.com. Send your proof of purchase and a video of your complaint and we will look for a suitable solution.
Tips:
- Always ask your courier for proof of return;
- Carefully open the shipping box and original packaging so that you can use it again to return the order if necessary.
Within 14 days after dissolution (when we are informed that you want to return something) we will refund the full purchase price (including any shipping costs for the return shipment) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. We may wait with repayment until we have received the products in good order.
How you receive a refund depends on the original payment method. Through the original method, you will also be refunded.
If you have purchased our products in one of our points of sale, the return procedure of the point of sale applies.
Products
A number of newer products you can connect to your network via bluetooth in addition to 2.4 ghz. The following products can do this: Whisper Flex Ultimate, Beam 2, Beam Mini 2, Threesixty 2 and Edge.
How this works.
Go to the App Store and update the app. After updating, open the app and turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Make sure your device is in pairing mode (fast blinking wifi light). Then click on the plus sign to add a device and wait a few seconds. The app will try to find your device based on the Bluetooth connection. Enter your wifi password and wait for it to pair. Once paired, you can simply control your product with wifi. You won't need Bluetooth after pairing your device.
Duux Products have a 12-month manufacturer's warranty + 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. During this period we guarantee the free repair of defects caused by material and construction errors. This is at the final discretion of the importer in the country. If you notice a defect, please first consult the user manual and the FAQ on the product page of the product concerned.
If they are unable to resolve the problem, please contact the supplier of your Duux product. If they are unable to solve the problem they will contact Duux for further processing.
All our products bear the CE mark and comply with all essential requirements of the applicable EU directive(s).

Ultrasonic humidifiers
Ultrasonic humidifiers contain a small metal plate that vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency. These ultrasonic sounds are inaudible to humans, but they are able to convert water particles from the humidifier's built-in reservoir into a cool mist. The device blows this fine mist into the air, increasing the humidity in the room.
Advantages:
Safe and cold mist, rapid increase in humidity, lime filter replacement optional*, quiet operation.
Disadvantages:
Spreading of mineral/lime dust*, scale and bacterial growth in the water tank*, regular maintenance, no humidity control.
*=Use of an anti-bacterial lime filter in an ultrasonic humidifier reduces lime deposits in the water tank and prevents lime deposits from the mist.
Cold Water Evaporators
A cold water evaporator uses a water-absorbable filter to draw water from the reservoir. A fan that then blows through the filter causes the air to absorb the moisture. The higher the relative humidity, the harder it is to evaporate water from the filter. Therefore, this type of humidifier is self-regulating - as the humidity increases, the humidifier's water vapor output naturally decreases.
Advantages:
Filter to remove bacteria and lime from water, self-regulating, low maintenance.
Disadvantages:
Filter replacement cost, less quiet operation due to fan
