We ask that you check the following:
- Fill the water tank with (ice) cold water to enhance the cooling effect;
- Check if the room is exposed to direct sunlight. Close all curtains to keep the heat out;
- Check if there is anything in the room that can generate a lot of heat (e.g. a microwave oven);
- Check if the air inlet or outlet is blocked;
