I recently purchased a Tube . However, the filter life does not run properly and does not get below 99%. What can I do?

1. Remove the device from the Duux app.
2. Reset the filter countdown by holding down the filter reset button until you hear a beep.
3. Unplug the device and leave it unplugged for 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, turn the device back on and reconnect to the Duux App.
