We would like to ask you to check the following first:
- Has the water been changed? Replace the water in the reservoir with fresh water every day.
- Is the filter dry or at the end of its life? Refer to "Weekly Maintenance" (Chapter 4) in Ovi's manual and/or replace the filter.
