1. Mix (cleaning) vinegar with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:10.
2. Use this mixture to clean the needed parts.
3. Then gently brush the surface with the glue residue until it is gone.
4. Use a damp cloth with tap water to remove any residue.

Do not use caustic or other chemicals. This may cause damage to the lacquer and is not covered under the warranty.
