How do I submit a warranty request?

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not detract from the legal warranty.

All Duux products are warranted for 24 months from date of purchase. 12 months factory warranty and then 12 months limited warranty. We guarantee during this period the free repair of defects caused by defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty period:

  • The warranty period is not extended even in the case of repairs;
  • The warranty entitles you to repair your product, but not to exchange or return a product.
  • Duux's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts if necessary and falling within the warranty period.
  • Duux reserves the right to improve the design of any product without any obligation to modify or replace previously manufactured products.
  • Warranty claims can only be made with the original proof of purchase in conjunction with the defective product. Your warranty must be registered with us when service under warranty is required.

The warranty is void in the following cases:

  • If adjustments or repairs have been made or arranged without prior written permission from Duux;
  • Normal wear or damage resulting from accident, carelessness, lack of maintenance, misapplication, improper use or the use of accessories and parts not manufactured by Duux, as well as modified and/or disassembled parts;
  • Defects resulting from use or maintenance that deviates from the user manual;
  • Purchases made from second-chance parties. Examples of these parties are: Buybay Services B.V. and Return Deals. These products have not been inspected and/or repaired by us and therefore cannot offer a quality guarantee.

Important:

  • The warranty period begins upon purchase of the product and is validated upon online registration at www.duux.com/register.
  • In the event of a dispute regarding the product warranty, Duux reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding warranties.

Complaints

  • If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us using the contact form. You will not receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint, but we will respond substantively within 14 days.
  • Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform(https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
