Whisper Flex (Ultimate) has two different pairing modes. To pair the device with the Duux app, it is important that the Wi-Fi icon is flashing rapidly. If you hold down the dial for 5 seconds, your device will move to the correct pairing mode and the icon will blink rapidly.
