Here are some steps you can follow to fix your problem:
- Unplug the machine;
- Empty the lower water tank;
- With your finger, move the little white float (a ring that wraps around a gray pipe) from the bottom up and spin around to make sure it's loose. You will find this little float in the reservoir (the bottom);
- Put the water tank back on the bottom;
- Plug in and wait about 1 minute for the water to flow from the water tank into the reservoir;
- Turn Beam (2) back on.
