We would like to ask you to take the following steps:
- Check if the room is exposed to direct sunlight. Close all curtains to keep the heat out;
- Close doors and windows;
- If there are many people in the room, the temperature rises. This makes it more difficult to reach the desired temperature;
- Check if there is anything in the room that can generate a lot of heat (e.g., a microwave oven).
- Check if the filter is dusty or dirty;
- Check if the air inlet or outlet is blocked;
- Check if the room temperature is lower than the set temperature. Is that the case? Then the unit is not cooling.
