I smell a strange odor when using Motion. What can I do about it?

We would like to ask you to check the following:
- Have you changed the water? Fill the water tank with fresh water every day.
- Is the filter dirty? See section 4 (Maintenance) of the manual of Motion. The manual can be downloaded from this(https://duux.ch/product/motion/) page under the heading "Support & Downloads".
