Here are some steps you can follow to fix your problem:
- Unplug the machine;
- Empty the lower water reservoir;
- With your finger, move the little white float (a ring that wraps around a gray pipe) from the bottom to the top and spin around to make sure it is loose. You will find this little float inside the reservoir (the bottom); (see photo)

- Put the water tank back on the bottom;
- Plug in and wait about 1 minute for the water to flow from the water tank to the reservoir;
- Turn Beam (2) back on.
