We would like to ask you to go through the following steps:
- Check whether the air conditioner is plugged in;
- Check whether there is a power failure;
- Check whether the RESERVOIR VOL indicator light is flashing. If so, empty the water tank;
- Check if the room temperature is lower than the set temperature. Is that the case? Then the device is not cooling.
